- Order Title and set up Pre-Escrow
- Hold a Broker's Open to showcase the new listing
- Provide you with 24/7 access to marketing reports via my website so that you can view showings of your home, feedback from other agents, and various other activities that we have done to market and sell your home
- Utilize Electronic signatures whenever convenient to help minimize your time spent on paperwork
- Inform you immediately when offers come in on your home and help negotiate for the best sales price and terms
- Help set up Escrow and try and make the process between offer acceptance and closing run as smoothly as possible
