Realty Watcher

The best way to find great pieces of property is to let the computer search for you!  Realty Watcher is a new program that lets you enter search criteria such as property type, location, square feet, number of bedrooms, etc. and you receive an email each time new properties are listing that meet your criteria.  You can also save listings to your "favorites", create multiple searches, and change your criteria at any time.  No more searching everyday for new listings!

Creating a "Realty Watcher" account is simple.  Click on the "Realty Watcher" link on the Search MLS page or the For Sale in Edgewood page.  You'll need to enter your name, email address and a password (so you can log back in) to create your account.  Please know that I respect your privacy and will not give your name or email address to anyone else!
